The Fred Hall Show is a must see for avid fishermen, their children, friends and the entire family. Let’s face it, there isn’t much for the hunter. Normally you can find some like-minded people attending, but keep in mind it is mainly a fishing show. It would be great to have more hunting seminars and archery related events. Maybe the Fred Hall team can get that rolling, especially when there are locals like myself willing and able to share about hunting adventures. I like taking my daughter and checking out what’s being offered, allowing her to fish the trout pond, and just be herself. It’s great daddy/daughter time. It will be at the Long Beach Convention Center from March 4-8. Who all is going from your neck of the woods or spot in the bay?
The 74th annual Fred Hall Show at the Long Beach Convention Center is the world’s largest sportfishing show, California’s largest boat show and an international leader in hunting and fishing travel. Virtually all forms of outdoor recreation are represented at this enormous event, featuring: more fishing tackle manufacturer displays than any other show anywhere, California’s largest marine accessories display, hundreds of fishing tackle booths, hundreds of international fishing and hunting travel booths, acres of boats, casting ponds, Hobie Kayak demonstration rides, hunter and angler specific vehicles, free dive and SCUBA diving equipment and instruction, air gun ranges, archery ranges, over 400 seminars and a full day’s worth of family fun activities.
